The firm delivers custom platforms, AI systems and integrations for organisations in Cyprus and abroad, and it began by rebuilding the operations of a villa rental business its founders ran themselves.
The firm was founded in 2024 by Oakley Openshaw and Guy Bullerwell. Before ZingZee existed as a software company, its founders ran a villa rental operator in Paphos and rebuilt its own systems from the ground up, department by department. Other Cyprus businesses saw the result and asked for the same rebuild, and ZingZee took shape to deliver it.

What ZingZee builds
ZingZee builds custom platforms, AI systems and automation for the parts of a business that still run on spreadsheets, email and manual work. The scope covers booking and operations platforms, accounting automation, warehouse and SAP tools, CRM and sales tooling, and web platforms, delivered through capabilities that include chatbots and assistants, AI agents, document intelligence, recommendation systems, customer support, inventory and demand planning, predictive maintenance, sales automation, and automated accounting.
That range of capability serves organisations across financial services, travel and hospitality, healthcare, logistics, retail, iGaming, real estate, the public sector and manufacturing. Each industry carries its own rules and its own systems already in place, and a build starts from those, not from a standard template.
The pattern repeats across clients. A warehouse operator released EUR 45,000 in cash that had been tied up in slow stock. An ERP integration now runs with no order lines re-keyed by hand. An insurance broker cut a policy check from about an hour to five minutes and now saves more than EUR 150,000 a year. What a client owns
Every system ZingZee builds ships typed, tested and documented, and the client owns the code and the data throughout the engagement. This is not a clause added at the end of a contract; it is how delivery works from the first line written.
Types catch mistakes before they reach a client's business. Tests prove the system does what it is meant to do, and keep proving it as the system changes. Documentation means a client's own team, or any other supplier, can read the system and work with it without ZingZee in attendance.
That ownership matters most after go-live, when a business needs to change a rule, add a market, or bring the work in-house. A client that owns its code, typed, tested and documented, is never dependent on a supplier it did not choose to rely on, and can move that code to another team without losing anything in the handover.

- 01Commercial outcomes firstEvery deployment is measured against a business result agreed before the build: response time, administrative load, conversion or cost. Progress against that figure is reported at every workshop, and a system that does not move it is not finished. The figure is agreed with the client, not set by ZingZee alone.
- 02Systems built around the operationAnalysts map how the business runs today, including the exceptions staff handle by hand, and the system is designed to fit that process and its constraints, with the worst-case record tested first. The business is not asked to reorganise itself around new software.
- 03Ownership and accountabilityRules, escalation points and responsibility for each KPI are defined before go-live. The client owns the code and the data, and ZingZee remains accountable for the system after launch, and again once it has been running for a quarter.

Systems run in the cloud, on ZingZee's own GPU hardware in Cyprus, or on the client's own servers, whichever the data, the regulator or the cost case requires. Private AI models are hosted the same way, so documents and records the business handles day to day stay on hardware the client has approved and audited.
Work runs in the client's own hours, not the team's. A distributed team across time zones means the working day follows the client's business, and a client in Limassol gets the same responsiveness as a client working from London or Dubai. Meetings, reviews and questions land inside the client's normal working hours, not at the end of the working day for whoever happens to be online.
